Last week I participated in a webinar focusing on the successful management of Statement of Work (SOW) services spend with Staffing Industry Analysts. We were joined by Cisco’s Carey Pugh and Ryan Kretchmer, who shared their experiences in managing Cisco’s programme, which includes significant SOW and project-based spend.

The management of SOW and project-based services have captured the industry for a while, yet most organisations still struggle with adoption. Effective services management can result in significant cost savings, among other benefits.
