Rob Brimm leads Fieldglass’ worldwide sales initiatives and is responsible for the direct and indirect sales channels. Rob has extensive experience in delivering enterprise solutions to a wide range of industries and brings 20 successful years of management in sales, marketing, and corporate leadership to Fieldglass.

Prior to joining Fieldglass he was the Vice President of North American Sales for Saba Software, Inc., a leader in the Human Capital Management & Development industry based in Redwood Shores, CA.  Additionally, he has held sales leadership positions at IMI Corporation, where he was the Vice President of Sales, Western Region as well as positions at Marcam Corporation, ASK Computer Systems, and Sperry Univac. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
