As vice president of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Mikael Lindmark is responsible for overall operations as well as the success of Fieldglass clients in EMEA. Mikael brings 15 successful years of sales, business development, marketing and account management leadership experience to this position.

Prior to joining Fieldglass, Mikael served as the vice president of EMEA sales at Saba Software, a leader in the human capital development and management industry. During his tenure at Saba, the company became the dominant provider to the European Financial Services industry with Mikael leading the initiative to bring on one of the largest banks in the world. Prior to Saba, Mikael held sales and business development positions at Infinity Learning Systems as well as OpenText and its affiliates.

Mikael holds a law degree from Uppsala University in Uppsala, Sweden.
