Rachel Wasserman | Vice President & General Counsel | Fieldglass

Rachel Wasserman is Vice President & General Counsel of Fieldglass. With more than 13 years of technology-related legal experience, Rachel is responsible for overseeing Fieldglass' legal affairs.

Previously, Rachel was in-house counsel to Oracle, which she joined following the acquisition of PeopleSoft where she was the senior managing attorney for PeopleSoft's midwest region. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, she was in private practice with the law firm of Ungaretti & Harris where she focused on technology and telecommunications related transactions.

Rachel received a bachelor of sciences in decision sciences and a bachelor of arts in history from Indiana University at Bloomington, and holds a juris doctorate from the DePaul University College of Law.
