Fieldglass’ Andy Wright to Speak on the Importance of Contract Labor at the HCI Workforce Planning Conference in Boston Today

Panelists To Discuss The Impact of This Fast-Growing Labor Category on a Holistic Workforce

The 75-minute session, titled “Strategic Workforce Planning: Incorporating Contract Talent,” begins at 4 pm PT today at The Human Capital Institutes 2009 Workforce Planning Conference in Boston.

Panelists will discuss the impact of contract labor – which is growing five times faster than traditional employment – on a holistic workforce, as well as HR’s role in the process of hiring, managing and engaging this workforce.
