Former Oracle Executive Joins Fieldglass Board of Directors

George J. Roberts Brings Vast Experience to Board

Chicago—May 18, 2004—Fieldglass, Inc. announced today that George J. Roberts, 48, a former Oracle Corporation sales executive, has joined the companys Board of Directors. Fieldglass™ makes a vendor-neutral, Web-based application called InSite®, which helps global companies manage the complexities of services procurement.

Roberts joins the Board after having last served as the Executive Vice President of North American Sales for Oracle. Reporting directly to CEO Larry Ellison, he was responsible for revenue growth in technology products and enterprise offerings. Revenue under his management at Oracle grew from $30 million to more than $1 billion during his 13-year career at Oracle.
