Dan first started at Fieldglass in 2008 as a part of the helpdesk team, and moved over to QA where he is an analyst. He focuses on issues, cases or questions for Fieldglass' Services solution and has helped to test, document and stabilize its functionality. Dan graduated from DePaul University here in Chicago, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His family has been season ticket holders for the Chicago Cubs since 2010, so he tries to make it to as many home games as he can. Go Cubs!!!
