Jeremy began his Fieldglass career on the overnight shift of the help desk, and taught himself the application before there was an official training program. Today he is certified in the Fieldglass software, holds A+ certification in computer repair and is currently studying for his Security+ certification. An an IT system administrator, he helps employees in day-to-day desktop operation, repair, backups and inventory. Jeremy’s hobbies include music trivia (you might want to add him to your speed dial as a trivia lifeline). He's also an accomplished singer and has performed with many local Chicago bands over the years.
