Account Services Director
Jim oversees the Account Services customer support functions at Fieldglass, including the help desk, command center, operations consultants and account management teams. Prior to joining Fieldglass waaaay back in 2001, Jim worked nine years for a niche consulting firm, in both technical writing and sales roles. Born and raised in the Chicago area, Jim moved back to Chicago after having lived on both coasts. They are great places to visit, but the Midwest is home. He was noticeably absent from society during mid-90’s - Some say he was a dual agent in the CIA and Her Majesty’s Secret Service; others say he was as hermit living in the Himalayas, frequently heard chanting from cliffs. We anxiously await his tell-all biography.
