Marcia works with Product Management, Development and QA to design, document, develop (only to discuss functionality; don’t worry – the code is safe from her!) and test the new features for each release. Marcia started with Fieldglass in 2001 and has watched the product grow from a simple application which could be tested by two people to one that takes hundreds of pages to spell out the requirements. When she’s not slaving over a hot computer, Marcia enjoys cooking, reading, quilting and traveling with her husband.
