The Fieldglass Training department provides our customers with the support they need to successfully implement InSite within their organization. Our training team provides the following services:

Fieldglass offers a variety of training services for end-users and InSite system administrators. Whether you use your InSite application for performing day-to-day job responsibilities, or for customizing, administering or maintaining the technology, our goal is to make you as productive and successful as possible.

Focused End User Training

We have extensive experience developing focused training for our clients. Fieldglass works closely with you to understand all your pertinent user adoption and training requirements so that a training program is created specifically for your InSite implementation. The combination of rich course content, skilled trainers and first-class training environments enhance the learning process and help provide a successful training experience. Part of our implementation process is to determine your user audience and provide an appropriate plan to ensure a successful rollout. This plan achieves the following:

• Focused training on your specific implementation
• Tailored training by user groups
• Reduced employee travel costs
• Avoids having many employees offsite for training at one time

Onsite Training

Fieldglass facilitates instructor-led administrative sessions in order to ensure knowledge absorption. These are 2 full-day sessions, held at your location or ours. Or, when localized project teams are large or project schedules warrant, we can bring any of our courses to your location for private, onsite delivery. You'll receive the same world-class training necessary for the smooth adoption and ongoing health of your InSite application.
