Fieldglass Services creates a SOW with payment terms specified, including a wide range of simple or complex payment types (fixed fee, milestone based, time and expense based, hourly rates, etc.) Negotiate hourly rates for SOW workers in these master agreements and use the application to ensure the rates agreements are properly enforced. In addition, you can track milestones against contractual agreements and track spend thresholds and revisions of SOWs.
If you source a new provider or go out to bid for a contract, Fieldglass offers a standardized, yet customizable Request for Proposal (RFx) tool. The RFx is created in the system and can be sent to others for approval and collaboration. Once it is sent to suppliers, a forum can be created to answer questions or provide clarification.
