Halliburton - Workforce Program Management and More

Few organizations face greater risk associated with external workforce management than companies in the oil and gas sector. New and evolving laws, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations, labor shortages and heavy financial penalties for compliance violations can cause enormous burdens. Halliburton was utilizing a large flexible workforce using decentralized and ad hoc processes, and needed a solution help improve compliance.

SAP Fieldglass enabled Halliburton to better manage and engage contingent workers, become more agile and mitigate risk. With these successes, Halliburton is looking to expand its program globally and to include additional worker categories including Statement of Work (SOW) and independent contractors.
